This website is designed for the digitization of A. D. Trendall and A. Cambitoglou's volumes on Apulian, Lucanian, Campanian and Sicilian red figured vases.

Project developed by Fabien Bièvre-Perrin and Martine Denoyelle.

Each painter cited in the RVAp and LCS is the subject of an item in the base, linked to the others by volume, chapter, sub-group, etc. Names are given in English, French and Italian. Where appropriate, links are provided to the ULAN (Getty) page and other resources. Additional fields will allow data to be updated and refined.

Vases will gradually be added to the base. For the time being, only those of the Painter of the Berlin Dancing Girl are online, in order to reflect on how to enrich the: links, corrections, details, illustrations... (see an example of an enriched data record)
